Ingredients for making curry leaves fish fry:
Mackerel fish 500 g (aiyala)
Salt as required
Set curd 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 1 cup packed
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup loose packed
Mint a handful
Green chilly 5
Method of making curry leaves fish fry:
Wash the mint, curry leaves, coriander leaves green chilly well and grind it to a smooth paste sprinkling water.
Add curd salt to the ground curry leaves paste.
Add cleaned mackerel and maid well.
Set aside for marination for 4-6 hours.
Heat coconut oil in a tawa.
Simmer and add fish to tawa without over crowding.
Fry each sides for 15 mins each. Due to presence of curd fish tends to break so flip gently.
Cook the other side for 15 mins and remove carefully.
Crispy curry leaves fish fry ready.
