Ingredients for making Tapioca chips / Kappa chips:
Tapioca 250 g
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves few springs
Oil for deep fry

Cooking instructions for making Tapioca chips / Kappa chips:
Peel and wash tapioca. Pat dry.
Thin slice tapioca and heat oil.
Once oil is well heated, fry tapioca.
Let the corners brown and bubbling of oil disappear.
Remove tapioca chips and set aside.
Fry curry leaves in oil as shown in video.
Mix salt, chilly powder, curry leaves.
Serve hot with chai.
