Ingredients for making tomato curry:
Tomato 5 ( firm and ripe)
Pearl onions 1/2 cup
Curry leaves few
Green chilly 1 ( slit length wise)
Water 100 ml
Oil 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt as required

Heat oil in a pressure pan.
Fry mustard, let it crackle.
Add curry leaves and green chilly.
Fry pearl onions and toss.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix.
Add red chilly powder, water and mix.
Let the pressure release naturally.
Heat the pan again and add chopped coriander leaves.
Boil for a minute and switch off.
Serve hot with dosa.
