Ingredients for making Thai Yellow Chicken Curry:
Chicken 500 g
Coconut oil 3 tbsp
Salt as required
For yellow curry paste:
Onion 5
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Red chilly 4

Cooking instructions for making Thai Yellow Chicken Curry:
Take ingredients for making yellow curry paste in a mixer grinder and grind to a smooth paste without adding any water.
Heat coconut oil in a pressure pan and add the yellow paste.
Fry the masala well in oil for 2 mins.
Add salt and chicken. Mix well.
Pressure cook for 2 whistle.
Let the pressure come off naturally.
Open and heatthe pressure pan again.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Boil for a minute and switch off.
