Mutton pepper kothu

Ingredients for making pepper mutton kothu:
Mutton keema 250 g
Small onions 250 g
Sesame oil 3 tbsp
Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Salt as required
Garam masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves a handful

Cooking instruction for making pepper mutton kothu:
Wash mutton keema well and marinate with salt and turmeric.
Heat sesame oil in a pressure pan and fry fennel powder.
Add curry leaves, green chillies and fry.
Add onions and toss.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry well till raw smell goes.
Add red chilly powder, garam masala, little water and cook well.
Add mutton keema and mix well.
Pressure cook for 10whistle. Let pressure come off naturally.
Open the pressure pan and add pepper powder, heat the pan again, mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix. Switch off flame.
Serve hot with roti or ghee rice.
