Ingredients for making Avarakkai poriyal upperi/ broad beans stir fry:
Broad beans 250g
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Mustard 1/2tsp
Curry leaves few
Red chilly 3
Onion 2 (chopped)
Bengal gram 1 tsp
Water 50 ml
Salt as per taste

Cooking instructions for making Avarakkai poriyal upperi/ broad beans stir fry:
Heat oil in a pressure pan.
Fry mustard, red chilly, bengal gram and fry.
Add chopped onion, turmeric, salt and toss.
Add chopped broad beans and mix well.
Add water 50 ml and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Once pressure is down, open and cook for water to evaporate.
Once water is evaporated switch off flame.
Serve hot with rice.
