Ingredients for making horsegram curry:
Horsegram 1/2 cup
Pearl onions 1 cup
Green chilly 3
Garlic 6 pods
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Sesame oil 3 tsp
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few

Cooking instructions for making horsegram curry:
Heat 2.5 cups water in a pressure pan.
Add horsegram, turmeric, garlic, green chilly, cumin and 1 tsp sesame oil.
Pressure cook for 5 whistles in sim and let pressure come off naturally.
Remove excess water for making rasam.
Mash cooked ingredients.
Add curry leaves, mustard, pearl onions, salt and fry well.
Add cooked ingredients and mix well with little cooked water.
Let it boil and add coriander leaves and mix.
