Ingredients for making Onion chutney:
Peeled small Onions- 1cup
Garlic- 6-7 flakes
Channa Daal (Bengal Gram)- 2 tbsp
Red Chillies- 5

Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves- Little
Tamarind- small gooseberry sized

Cooking instructions for making Onion chutney:
Fry tamarind and bengal gram well.
Add curry leaves and mustard, fry them well.
Add pearl onions, rec chilly, garlic, salt and fry well.
Let the mix cool down a bit and grind to a smooth paste in a mixer.
Enjoy with paniyaram.
