Red Cabbage Thoran
Ingredients for Red Cabbage Thoran:

Red cabbage fine sliced - 3 cups
Onion 1 no - finely chopped 
Green chilly 2 - sliced
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Coconut Oil -1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Scrapped coconut- 1/2 cup


Method of cooking Red Cabbage Thoran:

Heat coconut oil in a kadai, add mustard, curry leaves and fry them well.
Add onion, green chilly and salt.
Fry them well and add cabbage.
Add water and mix well.
Simmer the flame and cover the kadai with lid.
Cook for 10 minutes with ocassional stirring.
Once cabbage is cooked, add scrapped coconut and mix well.
Serve hot with rice and sambhar.
