Soy Capsicum sauteed in Pepper
Power cuts are slowly setting in here in Cbe. The plan was to make Soy Capsicum Rice and when I was about to grind some masala the power went off. I had already cooked the soy chunks. Now what?! I made this simple Soy Capsicum sauteed in Pepper and made some roti's. I hope you enjoy this simple dish.
Mini Soy Chunks- 200g
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
Onion-1
Capsicum- 1 (big)
Pepper- 2 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil-1 tbsp
Water for cooking soy chunks

Wash soy chunks and cook them in a pot with water and salt.
Drain and squeeze excess water from soy chunks and set aside.
Wash and chop onion and capsicum.
Heat oil in a wok and add oil.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes.
Add onions and capsicum together and cook till capsicum is crisp and half cooked.
Add soy chunks and pepper.
Add little salt as soy chunks are already salted.
Stir to coat pepper evenly and serve hot with roti.
