Ingredients for Pavakkai Varuval | Pavakkai Vazhatiyadhu | Bitter Gourd Roast:

Bitter Gourd- 2 cups (finely chopped)
Oil- 3 tbsp
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Salt- as per taste

 Cooking Method for Pavakkai Varuval | Pavakkai Vazhatiyadhu | Bitter Gourd Roast:

Heat oil in a kadai. Add finely chopped Bitter Gourd and add salt.
Keep tossing Bitter Gourd till they are crisp and cooked.
once they are well roasted add chilly powder and stir in well till chilly powder gets well coated.
Fry in for 2 more minutes and put off the flame.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve hot Pavakkai Varuval | Pavakkai Vazhatiyadhu | Bitter Gourd Roast with steaming hot rice and More Curry.
