Kadai Chicken

In restaurants the kadai version dishes is mostly suited to all. I love to have the kadai paneer, kadai vegetable or the kadai chicken. Yesterday I made the kadai chicken and Phulka. It was so good. What is your favorite restaurant menu?

Ingredients:

Chicken - 500 g
Ginger Garlic paste- 3 tbsp
Red Chilly- 5
Onion-3
Tomato- 5
Red Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 tbsp
Fresh cream- 5 tbsp
Oil- 5 tbsp
Cumin-1tbsp
Fennel seeds- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriender leaves- 2 tbsp finelly chopped

Method:

Kadai Chicken
In a clay wok heat oil and fry cumin, red chilies and fennel seeds.
Add the ginger garlic paste and fry well till the raw smell goes.
Add onion, salt and fry well till onions turn golden brown.
Add tomatoes and saute them till tomatoes are completely cooked.
Kadai Chicken
Add chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Add the chicken and cook till chicken is well cooked.
Kadai Chicken
Add fresh cream and put off the flame.
Add coriander leaves and keep the wok covered for 5 minutes.
Give a quick stir and serbe hot with Phulka.
