Grill Chicken

Grill Chicken is so soft juicy chicken inside with roasted skin outside. A complete oil free dish. Most of the celebreties and people who work out for 6 pack go for grill chicken because its oil free and healthy. I got to taste this grill chicken after marriage. My husband is a great fan of it and buys it atleast twice or thrice a month. After I bought my new oven he wanted me to make grill chicken for him. I first made Choco Chip Cookies and then Chocolate Fudge Cake.

To make the Grill Chicken I wanted to try it once with some small amount and later go for a whole Chicken Grill. I bought 500  g of Chicken and tried the dish out and it came out so good. If you want to bake it in oven note down the temperature and time I am mentioning here.

Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 g (4 big pieces with skin)
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Lime Juice- 1 tbsp
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
Grill Chicken
Clean Chicken pieces and make cuts on them using a knife.

In a bowl mix chilly powder, salt, lemon juice, gg paste well.
Apply this paste to the chicken and marinate it.
Let there be minimum 4 hours of marination, best if left overnight.

Grill Chicken
Pre heat oven to 200°C.
Place the marinated chicken on the wire tray, place the crumb tray below to collect the drippings.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C, turn the pieces around.
Bake again for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Grill Chicken
Remove from oven and serve hot with onion rings.
Best suited with mayonnaise and mint chutney.
