Ingredients for making veg sevai:

Readymade sevai 2 packets
Carrot beans chopped 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 3 nos
Salt little
Curry leaves few

Cooking instructions for making veg sevai:

Heat oil in a wide kadai.
Fry green chilly onion and fry well.
Add mustard and curry leaves.
Add salt (little only as sevai is salted) and mix well.
Once onions are cooked add carrot beans and cook in sim covered for 2 mins.
Meanwhile steam cook sevai and keep it ready.
Once veggies are cooked, add sevai and mix well. Serve hot with green chutney.
