Lemon Rice Recipe:
Ingredients:
Cooked rice 2 cups
Lemon extract 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Red Chilly 3 nos
Asofetida a pinch
Cumin 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in a kadai.
Fry mustard seeds, cumin.
Once crackling sound stops, add red chillyasafetida and turmeric.
Put off the stove and remove kadai.
Add cooked rice, salt and lemon extract.
Mix well and serve with chickpeas fry.
