Onion Raita |
Ingredients:
Onion- 2
Green Chilly- 2
Coriander Leaves- few
Salt- as per taste
Thick curd - 2 cups
Method:
Slice onions into thin strips.
Finely chop coriander leaves and green chilly.
Mix all chopped and sliced ingredients well with salt.
Add curd and mix well.
Serve with any biriyani, pulao and variety rice.
