Egg Noodles - Indian Masala

My favorite Egg Noodles in Indian Masala Style - My all time favorite.

Ingredients:
Noodles- 1 pack
Eggs - 3
Cabbage- 1 cup shredded
Beans or any mixed vegetables chopped- 1 cup
Garlic- 5 pods -Finely chopped
Oil- 3 tbsp
Onion- 1 
Green Chilly-2
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water for boiling noodles

Method:
In a wide kadai add water sufficient enough to boil noodles.
I have used 1 litre. Add salt to this boiling water and cook noodles for 4 min sharp.
Drain noodles and wash them under cold water to prevent sticking.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wide wok.
Fry finelly chopped garlic and green chillies.
Add cabbage and vegetables and fry well till cooked and crisp.
Add chilly powder, garam masala and fry well till the raw smell goes.
Add cooked noodles and mix well till masala gets evenly coated.
Add eggs and mix gently till egg get well coated on noodles.
Now simmer the flame and keep the noodles cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Open the lid, stir gently and cook covered for 3 more minutes.
Now the coated eggs would have cooked completely.
Serve hot with soy manchurian.
