Serve hot Tomato Green Peas Pulao with Raita.
One pot meal makes cooking easy and tasty. A raita and some papad will do. I love making one pot meals. I was actually planning to make the Green Peas Pulao. That is when my aunt gave me some tomato puree she had in excess. I would have made the Kashmiri Chicken but then I wanted to try something for the one pot meal. So I came up with this recipe and tada it was awesome.
As far as the tomato green peas pulao is concerned, it is a wonderful dish for kids and a picnic ready recipe. So you can definitely bookmark this in your lunch box recipe list. My 3 year old enjoyed the meal. The more it stays the more delectable the flavors are. I made them for lunch and had them for dinner too. It was tastier when fresh but more delectable for dinner.
The combo for the tomato green peas pulao should be something hot and spicy. The tomato green peas pulao is already tangy so my favorite accompaniments would be chicken tikka, chetinad chicken varuval. Some vegetarian combos for Tomato Green Peas Pulao would be Spicy Mushroom Masala and Baingan crisps. Chose your favorite of all vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes on this website for a treat with the tomato green peas pulao.
