Ginger Tea
Looking for weight loss? Do you wish to skip regular coffee, tea and have something more good for you.? Then this is it.
Ingredients:
Ginger slices - 5 to 8
Water-200 ml
Sugar or honey- 1 tsp (purely optional)
Method:
Peel and clean ginger and wash it.
Boil for 10 minutes.
Let the color change to yellow.
Filter the ginger and enjoy.
Addition of honey or sugar is purely optional.
If you counting calories, then the best bet is to avoid any sweeteners.
