Schezwan Chicken Pizza
Pizza is a weekend special recipe. For a tiny family dinner it is an apt recipe. I love pizza and add loads of veggies or any topping. This is a special recipe where Chicken is fried with Homemade Schezwan Sauce and added to the topping.
For the base:
Maida | All Purpose Flour - 400 g
Yeast- 12 g
Warm Water- 50 ml
Salt- 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar- 4 tbsp
Milk- 50 ml
Warm Water- 50 ml
Oil- 50 ml
For the topping:
Capsicum- 2
Onion-2
Ripe tomato- 2
Tomato Sauce- 2 tbsp
Schezwan Sauce- 1 tbsp
Schewan Chicken- 250 g
Cheese Slice- 5 nos
Schezwan Chicken:
Boneless Chicken- 250 g
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Schezwan Sauce- 1tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Method:
Clean Chicken and marinate with schezwan sauce, ginger garlic paste and salt.Set aside for 30 minutes.
Deep fry in hot oil and set aside.
Sift all purpose flour, salt, powdered sugar.
Mix yeast with 50 ml warm water and set aside for 15 minutes.
Make a dough with the sifted ingredients, yeast, water, mil, oil to a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough will raise.
Knead it again and transfer the dough to a greased baking tray.
Spread it evenly and poke it a fork to make holes.
Apply tomato sauce and schezwan sauce evenly.
Layer with onion and tomato.
Add Green Bell Pepper and add Schezwan Fried Chicken.Meanwhile Pre Heat oven to 250°C.
Bake for 14 minutes at 250²C.
