Schezwan Veg Noodles
Schezwan Veg Noodles is the one I made immediately after making home made Schezwan sauce. It was super yumm and same taste as we get from restaurants.
Ingredients:
White Noodles- 2 packs
Water- 1500 ml
Salt- 1tsp
Carrot strips- 1 cup
Cabbage shredded- 1 cup
Capsicum Strips- 1 cup
Sliced Onion- 1 cup
Chopped Beans- 1 cup
Oil- 3 tbsp
Schezwan Sauce- 4 tbsp
Method:
Heat a pot with water and salt.Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Drain the water and put the noodles in cold water.
Drain and spread on a plate and set aside.
Heat a wok with oil.
Add onion, carrot, capsicum and fry for a minute.
Add cabbage, beans and capsicum and fry till vegetables are cooked and crisp.
Add noodles and mix well.
Add schezwan sauce and toss till sauce gets coated evenly.
I have used 4 tbsp sauce but its better to go by your preference to choose the sauce amount for the hotness you prefer.
Noodles looks so yummy ...WE love schezwan sauce more than other sauces .
