Instant Noodles Made Non Sticky

Who cannot like Maggi. I love it too. But the issue is - its good when its hot. Its a little difficult to have it packed as its sticky and the taste fades off. If the same maggi is made completely non sticky would you love it ?! Even packed maggi remains fresh and non sticky after 4 hours of packing. Before I tell you the trick I would like to give the credit of making this - this way to my Husband Mr. Shaji

He loves Maggi (not any other brand of instant noodles though) he makes it this way and I too get to enjoy a bowl. Yumm.

Ingredients:

Maggi- 4 cakes (4 in 1 pack)
Water- around 8 cups
Oil- 5 tbsp
Carrot- 2
Beans- 100 g
Onion- 1
Maggi Taste Maker - 4 packs

Heat a wide pan with 8 cups of water.
Boil noodles for 2 minutes.
Drain the water and wash the noodles in plain cold water, drain and set the noodles aside.
Finely chop onions, carrots and beans.
Heat oil in a wok.
Fry onions, carrot and beans. Let the veggies be completely cooked in the oil itself.
Now add the noodles and stir to coat the noodles well with the oil and vegetables.
Simmer the flame and add the taste makers.
Stir well to coat the taste maker on the noodles and put off the flame.
Serve hot or pack it for lunch to enjoy the yummy non sticky maggi.
